In 2013, our founder, Luna Alondra, embarked on a journey in the BPO industry as a customer service representative for a US-based account. Navigating through calls and assisting customers led to a role in technical support. Here, troubleshooting devices honed tech-savviness, while building rapport with customers polished her communication skills. The journey didn't stop there.

Transitioning to a fraud analyst role in a financial account, her analytical skills were sharpened, handling complex fraud transactions and assisting customers across phone, email, and text. Yet, the corporate world's unpredictable nature brought a twist when the account was pulled from the company, leading to an exploration beyond BPO.

Working in an insurance company opened doors to marketing, team management, sales, and talent acquisition. But the pandemic in 2020 redirected the journey back to the BPO world, where roles expanded from customer service representative to web developer, team manager, and director of engagement. Continuous self-improvement saw a final transition to a senior recruitment officer, mastering talent acquisition.

With this vast repertoire of skills and experiences, the foray into the VA industry was inevitable. Serving multiple clients in the USA as a general virtual assistant, executive virtual assistant, recruitment specialist, and social media manager, her desire to continuously improve never waned. Beyond the corporate sphere, managing a monetized YouTube channel, filming, creating song covers, and editing videos became a one-man show.

Since becoming a virtual assistant, she envisioned creating her own VA agency to offer meaningful employment to hardworking individuals supporting their families. Her goal is to help people find jobs that perfectly match their skills and passions. Simultaneously, she is committed to providing clients with exceptional service, refusing to settle for mediocrity.
